Introducing Rise & Shine Yoga at the Cramond Kirk Halls every Thursday morning from 8:30-9:15am.

Join me for Hatha Yoga practice crafted to invigorate your body and cultivate a serene and focused mind, preparing you for the day ahead.


Each practice session includes:

Pranayama: Yoga breathing techniques to harness life force energy and promote harmony in the nervous system

Asana: Yoga postures to enhance balance, flexibility, and strength

Savasana: Relaxation to release tension and rejuvenate vitality

I prioritise correct alignment with personalised adjustments using mats, blocks, straps, and blankets provided for your comfort. This is a dynamic Vinyasa practice and not suitable for beginners.

The last yoga practice for 2023 is this evening at 6:30pm in the Kirk Halls. Yoga practice will restart in February 2024.Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Dear Yogi, I am happy to announce that the Autumn Term of Yoga Classes will start next week at the Cramond Kirk Halls and will run for 10 weeks. Tuesday 3rd October from 1-2pm and Thursday 5th October from 6-7pm. The Tuesday class includes chair yoga, facial yoga, breath control, guided meditation and relaxation. This gentle class is suitable for the elderly, anyone suffering from anxiety/depression and anyone new to yoga. The Thursday class includes yoga breathing techniques, yoga postures (focusing on balance, strength and flexibility) and guided relaxation. This class is suitable for anyone at beginners and intermediate level. Mats, blocks and straps are provided. I look forward to seeing you on the mat. Namaste, Caroline
