Want to improve the hight of your jumps? π₯ Try this explosive exercise using resistance bands and a couple of 30kg DB or KB's.
If you do it correctly you'll look like a blur (song 2 is a good option yohoo!)...here demonstrated by the one and only who also hold several uni-bicycle guineas world records ππ

My favourite glute exercise! Get it right and it is like nothing else! π₯ David smashing these this morning! π
Did you know? The glutes are the biggest muscles on your body and studies has shown that keeping them strong and healthy can prevent many injuries, back, knee, ankle etc issues as weak glutes mean something else will need to compensate.
The muscle fibres in the glutes run in a direction that also mean that if you get the angles right you get a lot more from your exercise.

Hamstrings; did you know that despite being the main muscle group of the back of the thigh,Β only one part of one of the hamstring muscles attaches to the femur, the thigh bone. Most originate from the pelvis and go straight to the tibia, one of the lower leg bones.
So weak and tight hamstring needs strengthening to be happy as π
Try a gentler version of the Nordic Curl.
