Each week we base our yoga journey on a Julia Donaldson Book and breathe, move, sing & relax with our toddlers.

Parents will enjoy gentle movement to release tension from body and mind, whilst at the same time teaching our toddlers important skills.

Each week we will follow a similar structure to create a ritual for the little one to recognise, so we can all relax together in any way that is meant to be.

Classes are £7 or £30 for 5 classes (please get in touch for this)

Each week we will explore a different theme to help young children understand their thoughts, feelings and emotions and live in the present. Everyone is encouraged to join in, but it's also okay to take rest or explore and to re join when they feel ready. Ultimately the class supports self regulation and emotional harmony.

Classes are £7 or £30 for 5 classes (please get in touch for this option).

Most people join our course with only maybe wanting to teach. Lots don’t ever want to teach and some are adamant they do want to teach! The course delves deep into the meaning of yoga & into who you are. Everything is a journey & taking part will give you many tools for your own practice.

Sometimes we have these feelings that we need to be a certain way. You are perfectly imperfect just the way you are, no need to be anything or anyone else.

No body is able to do every asana. We are all different and the anatomy part of our course will open our eyes to the beauty of the human body.  
 
🧘𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧? 
 
Chandra means moon 🌙 in Sanskrit. Each day we will honour the phase of the moon and work with the astrological energies around us.

Delighted to be offering another evening of balancing our chakras, journaling, meditation and grounding alongside female wisdom.

This month, alongside our chanting, journaling and sharing, we will be introducing the goddess Laksmi into our meditations and we will close the evening with a relaxing yoga nidra.
