💙 THE BRAINS BEHIND 3v3 SCOTLAND 💙

People see the football, the trophies and the celebrations… but they don’t always see the hard work that happens behind the scenes.

These three have put in countless hours planning, organising, setting up, refereeing, solving problems and making sure every child gets the opportunity to enjoy the game they love.

Our aim has never been to create the perfect tournament. Our aim is to create unforgettable experiences for children of all ages and all abilities.

Every smile, every goal, every celebration and every memory made over the weekend is why we do it.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the 3v3 Scotland World Cup 2026. Together we gave over 234 young players a weekend they’ll never forget.

A massive thank you to every player, coach, parent, volunteer, referee and supporter who came along and helped make this event such a success.

To every child who took part—you should all be incredibly proud. Not everyone goes home with a trophy, but every player showed passion, determination, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the weekend. That’s what grassroots football is all about.

This was our first 3v3 Scotland World Cup, and while we’re always learning and looking to improve, seeing so many smiling faces made every bit of hard work worthwhile.

A huge good luck to all six champions as they head to the National 3v3 Finals at the AO Arena in Manchester. Go and represent Scotland with pride! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

What an incredible first day of the 3v3 Scotland World Cup 2026.

A huge thank you to every player, coach, parent, volunteer and supporter who came along today. With 34 teams and over 134 young players taking part, the atmosphere from start to finish was fantastic.

While only three teams lifted the trophy today, every single child who stepped onto the pitch should be proud. The passion, determination, teamwork and skill on display throughout the day is exactly why we organise events like this.

We’re not claiming to be the best referees or the slickest tournament organisers, but what drives us is giving children the opportunity to play the game they love, make memories with their teammates and enjoy a brilliant football experience. Seeing the smiles on their faces makes every bit of hard work worthwhile.

To our winners heading to the National 3v3 Finals at the AO Arena in Manchester – go and represent Scotland with pride. We know you’ll do us proud! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Now we turn our attention to Day 2 as we welcome another 100+ young players for the 2014, 2015 and 2016 age groups.

One final request to everyone attending tomorrow: please avoid any last-minute call-offs where possible. It really helps us keep the fixtures running smoothly and ensures every child gets the best possible experience.
