Sun rising over Ratho on the longest day of the year for the Rosebery Final.

Please be mindful of any any RHS traffic and as regular visitors to our club know, parking can be challenging in the village.

Will be a great day of bowling, visitors to our club will, as ever, be given our legendary Ratho bowling club welcome.

Yesterday was the Kate and Johnny Dowling tournament.
Thank you to all the Dowling family and to Lindsey Dowling for doing the presentation.

Today in the sunshine we held the John Allan memorial pairs. John was past president of our club and sadly died from Motor Neuron Disease a few years ago. This annual competition is held in his memory and to raise funds for MND Scotland.

£525 was raised today, thank you to all who generously contributed to this.

Thank you to George Booth and Louise Colquhoun who sponsored this comp and provided the buffet.

Worthy winners Claire Cunningham and Teri Campbell (go the ladies❤️). Runners up Lee Morier and Matthew McNee, all played amazing.

And good luck to all our Ratho players representing the club this week in various, Scottish ties, Rosebery, ladies Top 6, seniors and Almondell league.
