A common mistake riders make when the horse doesn’t go forward: pushing harder.

But tension creates more tension.

The real secret?

🧘‍♀️ Stay with the movement. Let your seat swing. Soften your hips. Keep your upper body relaxed.

A loose, balanced seat tells your horse:
“You can move freely. I won’t block you.”

When your body flows, your horse can follow.
It’s not about driving, it’s about allowing.

This is a lovely example of what I call the "the bike chain" how we connect our horses back to front through our aids!
