Your nervous system deserves this 🤍

If you happen to be around my age (50🤫) you are most likely also being served constant content about cortisol imbalance as you make your way through peri or menopause, causing issues such as insulin resistance (holding onto fat), fatigue, sleeplesss nights, oh and the big one a bloated meno belly!

Well, Legs Up the Wall pose or Viparita Karani is one of the easiest ways to help lower stress by shifting the nervous system into para sympathetic mode away from that “fight or flight” mode and supporting your cortisol balance.

Just 5–15 minutes in this pose can help:
✨ calm the nervous system
✨ reduce cortisol + stress response
✨ improve circulation
✨ support lymphatic drainage
✨ ease tired legs + pelvic tension
✨ promote deeper rest and sleep

Just a little reminder that regulating your body doesn’t always have to be intense or involve taking numerous supplements. Sometimes healing just looks like resting. 🤍
