A small selection of West Linton Village Gardens, including one new one are opening this Sunday 14th June, 1-5pm. For Marie Curie UK and Tweed Togs as well as Scotland's Garden Scheme beneficiaries Maggie's Centres, Perennial - Gardeners' Royal Benevolent Society and Queen's Nursing Institute Scotland. Tickets with map can be purchased in the New Church Hall in the centre of the village where there is ample parking. Also plants for sale and wonderful home-baking with teas,

Quercus Garden Plants has a charity day with Scotland's Gardens Scheme for Breast Cancer Now on Sunday 7th June, 10-4pm. Entry is by donation. Take time to explore the many borders of hardy Scottish plants - always looking fabulous. The miniture steam railway will be running too, weather permitting.

Starting this coming Wednesday 3rd June THE POTTING SHED will be open for SGS each Wednesday 11am till 5pm until 1st July.
🌿A one-acre garden begun from scratch in 2008, on an exposed hillside at 900 feet.
🌿It contains herbaceous plants, climbers, shrubs and trees - all selected for wind resistance and ability to cope with the poor, stony soil.
🌿There are usually fine views to the Southern Uplands.

Opening on Wednesday 6th May, 1.30-5pm, and for all Wednesdays in May, this beautiful garden near Peebles is well worth a visit. The charity that they are supporting is St Columba's Hospice Care. Entry is £7 (cash preferred) or in advance on the website. There will be DIY teas on offer for a donation. Dogs on leads welcome.
