Your body is yours — your greatest tool, your lifelong home. And the truth is, you have more control over it than you think.
How you move it.
What you fuel it with.
What you say about it.
How you care for it.
Every choice adds up. Not in the sense of chasing perfection, but in building a stronger, more energized, more resilient version of you — from the inside out.

I think it's important to understand that to achieve overall good health, you don't have to completely eliminate soul foods.
Please don't look at this and think I'm saying just eat cake and burgers all day because that would be silly and would be disregarding health altogether.
As long as the majority of your nutrition is made up of high quality proteins, a good amount of fibre, mostly unprocessed foods and healthy fats, then having some cake and a burger every now and then won't compromise your health or your goals.
