Well done to the gang for training on another warm night.
Congratulations to Sophie for passing her 6th kyu examination tonight. Sophie did really well and nailed the movements confidently. Well done Sophie.

Even though it was a warm night, they managed to get through to the end of class. We worked on our 10 basic foot movement for receiving an attack. The initial movement is so fundamental in improving confidence, explosiveness and absorption. Always have fundamentals in mind when training.

Nice to have Zining back on the mat with us. It would be great if one day we manage to get a photo of all of our members together!
It’s great to see how far the newbies have progressed. Really impressed with the standard of their ukemi. Well done!

Nice class tonight. Well done to everyone. So proud of our club members. Always room for more people though. If you fancy trying Aikido, this group is super friendly and will help you all they can. Come along to try on any of our classes.

I would like to thank Stuart Lovering sensei for teaching at our course today. Great to have him down and I plan to have more courses with him in the future.
I would also like to thank everyone who came today. You made the course a fun environment but also one of hard work and commitment to training.
