🚨THE IMPORTANCE OF VITAMIN D - ESPECIALLY PEOPLE AT HIGH RISK OF CORONAVIRUS 🚨

Taking a Vitamin D supplement during these winter months is beneficial for everyone. Happy New Year everyone, here's to a better 2021! Unfortunately the pandemic isn't over yet, and with the new strain being far more contagious than previously, it is more important than ever to look after your immune system and overall health!

One piece of advice the government always seem to neglect when talking about combating the coronavirus is the most important of all - looking after your immune system!

Studies on the coronavirus have shown it hits people who have a weak immune system and an unhealthy lifestyle the hardest, and just by making simple changes you can keep yourself as protected as possible from Covid-19 and all the other bugs going around this time of year

Some of the most important tips are:

🛌Get 8 hours or sleep each night

🚰 Drink at least 2 litres of water throughout the day. A hydrated body functions much better including your immune system!)

🥗 Eat nutrient rich foods such as fruit, vegetables and nuts. Avoid processed food as much as possible and start by making healthy swaps (white for brown is a great start ie bread, pasta and rice)

🚴‍♂️ Exercising for 30 minutes 5 days a week. For any help in regards to an exercise plan don't hesitate to ping me a message for help or advice!

To prove how effective my personalised workout plans are, I decided to get myself out of shape and then spend 1 month following a plan I made for myself.

My main goal was to lose burn some body fat and see more definition around my ab area. My plans are so easy to follow yet effective as you can see from the before and after pics below!

Before using a Personal Trainer, you should always ask what qualifications they have! Here are some of my main qualifications, and i am always working to add strings to my bow to offer the best service possible.

So to prove how effective the plans I create are, I have decided to do one for myself! I have spent the last month working out less than usual and have got my body out of its usual shape, and I will start my own plan i have created for myself as of Monday.

In 1 months time i will post some before and after photos so you will see the difference a 1 month plan can make 💪🏻 stay tuned!

One of the most common questions I've received in regards to the home workout plans is 'can i still eat the foods I like but still lose weight?'

The answer to that is YES! Do not think exercise is pointless unless you completely change your diet. Just by starting to do exercise, your body will react by becoming more efficient at burning calories, and there are several ways to improve your bodies fat burning capabilities.
