Yoga with Victoria James

We had a great class this evening at Egham Orbit.

You can practice yoga on a mat and in a studio or you can practice yoga by allowing mindfulness to seep into your daily actions such as brushing your teeth, being fully aware of tasting food/drink, or cleaning your car/house/dishes. Whenever you can, be mindful, because the moment will pass and if your thoughts are somewhere else you will miss absorbing the positive aspects of your life as it passes through time.

I’ve been talking about Yoga Nidra in the classes recently and the Ladies at Lyne Yoga enjoyed the Yoga Nidra Class that I gave them last week. So for those of you that would like to try it in the comfort of your own home, I would recommend this one, from YouTube.

Yoga coffee club today was lovely. They looked after us with scrummy brownies and lemon drizzle cake 😃👍👍 thanks for sorting out the booking.
