🥋 Building confidence, discipline, and resilience—one class at a time.

Our young warriors are learning more than Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. They’re developing respect, focus, teamwork, and the confidence to face life’s challenges both on and off the mats.

Every champion starts somewhere. 💪

🥋 First class FREE. Tie the white belt and begin. Link in bio.
White. Blue. Purple. Brown. Black.

Five belts. One journey. A decade or more of learning, failing, growing, and refusing to quit.

The white belt is the blank canvas. Everything is new. Nothing makes sense. You get tapped by everyone. The only job you have is to keep showing up.

The blue belt is where it gets dangerous — not because of what you know, but because this is where most people quit. The excitement fades and the grind begins. The ones who stay are the ones who fall in love with the process.

The purple belt is where jiu-jitsu becomes yours. You stop copying and start creating. Only 10% of people who start ever make it here.

The brown belt sharpens everything. The black belt? It’s not the end. It’s the beginning. The best black belts will tell you they’re still learning every single day.

Every single one of them started exactly where you are now — wondering whether to walk through the door.

Save this. Share it. Drop your belt in the comments. …..

🥋 Ladies classes available. First one’s free. Link in bio.

This isn’t about being the strongest in the room. It’s about knowing you can handle yourself in any room.

BJJ gives women something no other workout can — real confidence backed by real skill. Not the motivational quote kind. The kind where you know exactly what to do if someone grabs you.

Come as you are. Leave stronger than you came.

🥋 Book your KIDS a free trial class. Link in bio.

You want your child to focus better, listen more, and stop getting distracted every five minutes. The answer might not be a tutor. It might be a Gi.

On the mats, they learn to concentrate — because BJJ demands it. That focus carries straight into the classroom.

On the mats, they learn discipline — lining up, listening, finishing what they start. No shortcuts.

On the mats, they build quiet confidence — the kind that changes their posture and makes bullies think twice.

Better student. Stronger kid. It all starts with one class.

Tag a parent who needs this.

🥋 No Gi classes every week. Link in bio.

Different game. Different rules. Same addiction.
No lapels to grab. No sleeves to control. Just underhooks, wrist control, and the scramble. Every position has to be earned. Every grip has to be fought for.

If Gi is chess, No Gi is speed chess. Same brain. Faster clock.

These aren’t motivational posters. These are real people. Real names. Real stories.

George Lydiate was overweight, lost, and quit every gym he ever joined. He walked into Gracie Barra one day and something clicked. For the first time in his life, he felt like he belonged. He signed up on the spot and never looked back.

Georges St-Pierre was bullied for years as a kid in a small town in Quebec. Ambushed. Humiliated. Afraid. His dad put him in karate at 7. He later discovered BJJ. He didn’t beat his bullies — he changed himself. The posture. The eye contact. The quiet confidence. He went on to become one of the greatest fighters the world has ever seen.

Danielle Kelly was bullied every day at school. Name-calling. Physical attacks. She had no one. Her parents enrolled her in BJJ as a last resort. The mats became her escape, her focus, her purpose. Today she competes on the biggest stages in the world with ONE Championship.

Three different people. Three different struggles. One thing in common: they all stepped on the mats and their lives changed forever.

What will your story be?

🥋 First class FREE for kids. Tag a parent. Link in bio.
This is what kids BJJ actually looks like.

No standing in lines. No boring drills. Just pure energy, fast reactions, and a room full of kids having the time of their lives while building coordination, speed, and focus without even realising it.

The cone game is one of our favourites. Simple rules, maximum chaos, and every single kid gives 100% every time.

🥋 Your first class is FREE. Tag a friend who still believes in these myths and let’s get them on the mats. Link in bio.

“I’ll start when I’m fitter.”

“Isn’t it really dangerous?”

“I think I’m too old for that.”

We’ve heard them all. Every single week, someone talks themselves out of trying jiu-jitsu because of something that simply isn’t true.

So let’s settle this once and for all.
You don’t need to be fit to start. That’s like saying you need to be clean before you take a shower. BJJ is how you get fit — not the other way around.

It’s not dangerous. You train at your own pace. You tap. You reset. You go again. The injury rate is lower than football, rugby, and even basketball.

And you’re not too old. Technique beats strength — that’s literally the whole point of jiu-jitsu. We’ve got students who started in their 40s and 50s and wish they’d done it sooner.
The only myth we can’t debunk for you is the one you keep choosing to believe.

Swipe through and be honest — which one have you been telling yourself?

Just showing up, putting the work in, and getting a little better every day.

Nothing fancy — just consistency.
