No gym? No problem!
You don't NEED a gym to keep your body fit and healthy. Here are 3 exercises you can do anywhere... even out on a hot, hard, dirt path.
Explanation of the moves:
1) The Bear Crawl
Try to keep your knees close to the ground but not touching, moving with control. Try not to fall into your steps. Move opposite arm to leg. Your hips stay at one height (don't bob up and down). This is great for building strength in your knees especially, but your whole body will be working throughout this one.
2) Split Squat to Balance Tap
Starting with a split squat, your knee comes close to, but doesn't touch the ground (increasing time under tension). Then balancing on one foot, tap your knee, and then your toes (or your shin if not flexible yet). This is great for your glutes, quads, core and balance.
3) Twisted Push Up
A variation of a push up. Starting in Bear Crawl position, twist your body moving your knees away from you. Then your arms perform a push up as usual. This will work your core, chest, shoulders and triceps.
However you choose to move... move with purpose; train with Focus.
