Most people will tell you that strength and endurance can’t coexist.
That chasing elite levels in both is unrealistic.
And if you’re a dad with a business, responsibilities and limited time… forget it.
So naturally, I decided to try anyway.
I’m officially starting the challenge to run a sub-3 hour marathon and hit a 1000lb powerlifting total… on the same day.
This isn’t just about fitness.
It’s about seeing what’s possible when you refuse to lower your standards because life got busy.
No shortcuts.
No “dad bod” excuses.
No accepting average.
Just disciplined training, recovery, consistency and showing my kids what pursuing hard things looks like.
Apparently ChatGPT thinks it’s impossible.
