Good morning everyone today is the start of our new older adults/ returning to exercise class at Whitehaven. I’m really looking forward to this starting I’ve had a lot of enquiries.

11am older adults/ returning to exercise- United Reform Church Whitehaven
2pm older adults / returning to exercise The jubilee rooms Cleator
No need to book for these just come along. Bring a cup if you fancy a brew at the end

This week has been absolutely crazy and amazing all at the same time 💪🥰 and it’s only Tuesday 😊
I think our anatomy has some new names after today’s classes. I couldn’t for the life remember what wrists were called - my logic kicked in - Arm ankles are the new wrists 😂🤣😂🤣😂 which obviously means arm knees and arm hips are included 😂🤣😂🙈
Think I need to cut down my caffeine 😂🤣😂🙈🙈. I’m going for a lie down 🙈 see you lovely lot tomorrow xx
