Exercise doesn’t have to be complicated!
It’s all about balance ⚖️

The young gentleman below has cerebral palsy and this simple exercise not only challenges him but it creates a space where he can be confident and comfortable in his walking. As well as keeping Karina on her toes too!

Simple, fun and effective movements make a big difference!

The Neuro Workshops - The Comfort Menu

📆 Monday the 24th of August
⏰ 13:30 to 15:00
⚪️ £15 per person
(Family and friends welcome for free)

Guided by our ethos of “no teaching, no preaching, just conversation,” each session offers an opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences, exchange insights, and explore practical strategies gathered with the journey of living with a neurological condition.

This workshop will focus on how to be a little kinder to yourself… positive mindsets and that it’s okay to feel how you are feeling.
The day will be facilitated by Paula and Mollie.

Paula, our lead facilitator, brings extensive experience from the healthcare sector alongside valuable lived experience, helping to create a balanced and empathetic environment.

If you’d like to book, give me a wee message back or email us on
