Good evening folks
Hope your all well
So the weather has not been very nice,
With quite a few cancelled trips
We did manage out today,
Quite a wet start to the day
Species caught, cod, lots of ling,
Po***ck, coley, cuckoo wrasse, sea scorpion, Bluemouth rockfish and mackerel
Was quite a choppy steam back to harbour,
Well.dine guys,

Today we had edward and his family from Glasgow
On a 8hr rough ground trip
These guys are into different species
Main one they all wanted was the Bluemouth rockfish,
Everyone onboard caught a Bluemouth and more,
Other species caught
Cod, ling, po***ck coley, pouting, poorcod, male and female cuckoo wrasse, mackerel, and a crab.
Well done guys, was a pleasure meeting you all,
Today the weather was so much better than Saturday and Sunday,

Both days were a bit of a challenge, Sunday was definitely rougher,

Here's a few pictures from this weekends Rough ground trips,
Very small tides, 1 metre tidal range, wich is nothing
Saturday was quite tricky conditions,
Northerly swell with westerly wind, made a confused sea,
We picked away, steady fishing
Sunday was slightly better, less swell,
The sea then flattened of to not much drift,
Species caught
Cod, ling, male and female cuckoo wrasse
Coley, po***ck, poor cod, pouting, Bluemouth rockfish,mackerel
