Some of you may have noticed a new face in the gym over the last few weeks, so we thought it was time to officially introduce you to Aila! 💪
Aila has recently finished her degree in Aberdeen, during which time she also successfully gained her Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification. 🎓🏋️♀️
She’ll be putting her skills to good use, helping with gym inductions, creating training programmes and weekly workouts, and excitingly, delivering her very own Functional Circuit class! 🔥
⏰ Starting next Tuesday at 06:25am, this 30-minute class is a fantastic way to make the most of the functional equipment in the gym while getting a quick, fun and effective full-body workout to start your day.
