JC Health and Fitness

JC Health and Fitness JC Health & Fitness is a privately run, family gym. All the facilities and expertise you'll require. The gym is arranged on 2 floors.

On the upper floor we have a spacious Cardio Area with a variety of cardio machines including Rowers, Upright and Recumbent Bikes, Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Arc Trainers and Steppers. There are also exercise mats for sit-ups and a reclined sit-up bench. Also on the upper floor is our Studio where we run an exciting program of exercise Classes for members and non-members alike. The Studio is well equipped with mats, weights, boxing equipment, spin bikes and medicine balls. Our Studio is free for use by members for fitness training at times when there are no classes going on. Downstairs we have a full range of Resistance Training Machines, designed to work every major muscle group, and a Free Weights area with dumbbells, barbells and a Smith Machine. Both male and female changing rooms contain separate Saunas which are free to use by members. At Reception a variety of drinks and nutritional supplements are available and we have a Coffee Area and Tan and Tone room with an upright sunbed and Vibrostation toning machine.

This is a shout out to all the prospective male and female boxers and MMA stars of the future in and around Elland...

We have everything you need here at JCs, including 5 bags and a speedball to practice on, male and female saunas to shred that water weight and an oldskool weighing scales to check your weight.👍

We have many fighters practicing here so there's always someone to gently spar with or get some advice from.🙏

A one day pass is only £6 (which includes use of the sauna).
