Today is a BEATS day - across 2 venues! 💓..
BEATS is a 45 minute, full body workout where we use slightly weighted drumsticks to BEAT the trampoline. ..
The sticks are indestructible (prove us wrong!) 😜 so its a PERFECT way to release any Monday frustrations you might have!
The music has carnival-vibes and it is SO. MUCH. FUN 😎..
We currently do this session once ☝️ a month so this is your opportunity to do it! ..
