I'm a feeler rather than a thinker, if I feel good I'll shine from within, I treat people well and enforce firm boundaries, I surround myself fmeith good people who do good things and this just makes life more vibrant and that to me is beautiful.
In order to feel good I eat well, I choose good thoughts and I move well. I switch off ads that tell me I need to change and I live happily ever after - try it.

I've been teaching yoga for 15 years, in 2020 I paused all my classes for lockdown and was forced to find another way to deliver yoga - via Zoom. I hated being online initially i hated being onscreen but 5 years on its my favorite place to be and I have created some incredible courses containing some of my best teachings.
My very first yoga session was a video tape when I was 15 so practicing at home alone comes naturally to me and whilst raising my son it's been a saviour for me to be able to advance or get a practice at home so I can save those babysitting tokens for other things 🤣
