I’m so pleased to be adding a brand-new Pilates class to the timetable! 🧘🏼♀️
Starting 11th June, you can join me every Thursday from 8:30–9:15am at St John the Evangelist Church Hall, Great Sutton.
This welcoming mixed-level class is suitable for everyone, whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to build on your existing practice. Expect clear instruction, full demonstrations, individual guidance, and a supportive atmosphere where you can progress at your own pace.

For the first time, I’m officially launching a Complete Beginners Pilates Course
Yes… Pilates 🙌🏼
If you know me, you know I live and breathe yoga — so this feels fresh, exciting, and a little bit special. I don’t really shout about it, but I’ve been teaching Pilates for a while and been searching for the right time & place to offer this.
It’s a 6-week course designed specifically for complete beginners.
No experience needed.

Right, I’m back home and ready to get January yoga started! Are you joining?
If you’re feeling a bit like the Tin Man after the festive break, don’t worry — I’ll ease you in gently this week. Promise 😉
New starters and regular yogis, I can’t wait to see you all. First classes are tomorrow night!
The schedule stays the same:
🟢Tuesday 6:00pm — Vinyasa Flow
🟢Tuesday 7:05pm — Hatha Yoga
🟢Thursday 9:30am — Morning Hatha
All three classes are all levels, meaning complete beginners and experienced practitioners are equally welcome.
Want a slower more mindful practice, try Hatha
Like things a little stronger, try Vinyasa 💚
Options are always offered so you can work in a way that suits your body.
We make the postures fit the body — not force the body into a posture.
I’ll always encourage you to explore and gently challenge yourself, but you’re very much in the driving seat. That’s where the real progress and confidence comes from.
There are a few spaces left in each class, so if you’re planning to join us, please book in advance — January is always busy and I’d hate to turn anyone away.

✨ **Happy New Year** ✨
I hope you had a lovely Christmas break and found a little time to rest, reset, and switch off.
Ready to start something new — or gently return to something familiar?
**Classes resume Tuesday 13th January.**
I’m still in Bali this week, soaking it all in, and gathering some fresh inspiration to bring back with me. I can’t wait to see you all again soon 🤍
In yoga we talk about **Saucha** — often translated as cleanliness or purity — but really it’s about clarity. Gently clearing space in the body, the breath, and the mind after the chaos of December. No big resolutions needed. No pressure to become someone new. Just becoming more *you*.
Where attention goes, energy flows — so shut out the noise, focus inward, and choose what truly supports you. I hold a space for you to do exactly that.
**Everyone is welcome** — complete beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
**Weekly Classes:**
🧘♀️ Tuesdays **6:00pm** — Vinyasa Flow
🧘♂️ Tuesdays **7:05pm** — Hatha Yoga
🌞 Thursdays **9:30am** — Morning Hatha
January is a shorter month, so you can book classes individually or choose a **bundle to secure your spot**.
