Hope everybody had a fantastic Christmas and New year, as i am sure you are all aware the holiday has now come to an end :( on a more brighter note however training is back on Wednesday 4th January. Hope to see you all there lets make 2012 a year to be remembered.

A Huge congratulations to Mr Anthony Littlejohns who has been awarded his 6th Dan. After many years of training & dedication Mr Littlejohns has reached a level most can only hope too. Not only is he a dedicated instructor but an inspiration to his friends and students, so I am sure everybody will join me in saying well done!

Would like to say welcome back! to Becky Forster and Shuja Ahma who have both returned to training, Becky came back Sunday and Shuja on Thursday. Wecome Back Guys!!

I am sure everybody will join us in saying Congratulations to Carl Rudolf, Jack Fletcher and Mark Brown for their success this weekend at the Black Belt Grading.
