Unfortunately tonight inside the changing rooms one of our customers has had there coat stolen the same make in the picture shown, we have informed the police and we will be checking CCTV , if for any reason it’s been took by mistake you can message me privately so we can assure it gets back to the correct owners, thanks

Morning all! Huge reminder to all that’s going to use the gym, PLEASE remember to do your warm ups to loosen up before going on any equipment, with it being so cold if you don’t warm up and get your blood circulation going you will feel the burn!! Also we have electric heaters in each room to help keep the temperature down .. have a good day 😜

Don’t forget if you haven’t made your new-years resolution it’s not to late!! We have 3 large rooms equipped with all different types of equipment for you to make your fitness routine easier. The gym is open 7 days a week 7-9pm mon-Friday and 7-6 Saturday-Sundays prices start from £15.99 pcm through direct debit..
