Come and experience why Epic Sport Aikido has been going strong for four decades. 💪🥋
Friday’s session was all about Tanto Tskiari attacks and distance control 🥋
We spent time drilling a few techniques we’ve been focusing on recently, including Iriminage and Tenkai Kote Hineri, with an emphasis on correct spacing and timing. ⏰
Coaches Gill and Paul also demonstrated and taught kuzushi, highlighting just how important it is to accurately create and time kuzushi to make a throw effective. Great detail, great learning, and plenty to take away and work on 💥
Looking forward to building on this next session!🥋
