Digital Empowerment Network - The DEN

As well as a busy Mum and Granny, I have worked in Administration positions since the age of 17, how many years?.......not sure, to many. and ADHD.

I live with numerous chronic conditions, the main ones are: Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/M.E. But they don't hold me back in fact they drive and make me who I am. 5 years ago I had very poor Mental Health and I received a Trauma Release Therapy, it changed me and my life. I turned in to the is confident go getter, the girl I was when I was younger, the girl that wanted to make a difference in the world. Being in the NHS for over 10 years has meant adapting to an ever changing environment and I have become very skilled at this. As well as my Trauma/Pain Coaching for over 5 years me and my family are building a Digital Business and the end goal is to support other people with Mental & Physical Illness to succeed in Business.

🌿 Dream Wellness Retreat 🌿

Imagine you have the power to design your ultimate wellness retreat… ✨

📍 Where would it be?
A secluded beach?
A cosy mountain cabin? A peaceful forest?

💆‍♀️ What activities would it include?
Yoga at sunrise, meditation by a waterfall, energy healing, sound baths, journaling under the stars?

Drop your dream retreat ideas in the comments!

Let’s inspire each other.

Mine would be:
Warm secluded beach in Australia or waterfall picturesque location.
Reiki Meditation at sunrise.
Massage.
Lunch/picnic on the beach.
Yoga or pilates stretching.
Light dinner watching the sun come down.
A challenge "Fire Walk"
Followed by a spiritual connection circle by the sea.

What's something you love about yourself ❤️

Self love can sometimes be difficult as we are very critical of ourselves. Or we put others before ourselves.

When I was on my healing journey 5 years ago I discovered that a lot of my healing came down to changing my mindset and loving who I was. To do that I had to release the guilt, childhood Traumas and the loss of my grandfather which made me really struggle.

Since I got Silent Counselling I "hand on heart" have had no mental health issues, I have too much confidence now and ...

I LOVE MYSELF❗

Go look in the mirror and love the person you see. If not give me a message on WhatsApp and let's have a no obligation chat 💬
