After a hectic week, I keep this routine.
Long run Saturday.
Long run Sunday.
No pressure on pace. Just time on my feet.
With everything going on inside & out,
these slow miles become more than training.
They’re space to think.
Space to reset.
Space to slow down.
Not every session is about pushing harder.
Some are about stepping back so you can keep moving forward.
