Hello! My lovelies … our new block of Pilates is starting tomorrow eeks!!!

An earlier time of 7.15 pm TUESDAY Little Thetford Village Hall

I cannot wait to see you all! … first week back will be a reset . Visiting the more classical movements , layering them up and seeing that control … tuning in to how the body feels and maybe areas that might just need a little more loving.

Just remember all movement can be good movement!!

Hello my lovelies so I’m looking at nights and availability at little thetford hall. I can do earlier say 7pm on a Tuesday and then I think I could potentially do 7.30pm on a Thursday ( would need to confirm!) which would you prefer . I’d love to get as many as I can back into Pilates! 🧘‍♀️ as miss you all. Please comment below and share away!

Hello my lovelies where is the summer going. I’m sorry we haven’t made any live classes yet but I’ve added a slow flow pilates class here for you to do at your leisure and I’ll do the same next week too!
