WELCOME TO THE TEAM, SHANNON!

joined me just 3 weeks ago, and our first goal has been simple to build confidence in the gym environment and helping her realise that stepping outside her comfort zone doesn’t have to be scary.

Every session is about taking things at her own pace, learning new exercises, building confidence and showing her that everything is going to be okay.

This evening, as part of her full-body session, we took on the assisted pull-up machine — another new challenge ticked off!

It’s not about being perfect from day one. It’s about showing up, putting the work in and gradually becoming more confident with every session.

Welcome to the journey, Shannon!

💥 MONDAY MORNING PBs! 💥

What a way to start the week for and .wrigley Both putting in a seriously strong session and showing exactly what consistent training can achieve.

🏋️ Richard
A huge PB on the Leverage Squat Machine — moving 80kg for 8 reps, a massive 10kg increase! 🔥
Great progression, controlled reps and some serious lower-body strength on show.

🚀 Ollie — 15 years old
Ollie stretched his legs with a massive 175kg x 8 reps on the Leg Press! A fantastic display of strength and progression at his age.

Both clients pushed themselves across multiple exercises and delivered very strong sessions from start to finish.

The goal isn’t to rush progression, it’s to train consistently, build strength, improve technique and let the results come.

🔥 AMRAP CHALLENGE FOR ALEX! 🔥

took on a completely different challenge this evening, switching up her usual circuit training and taking on an AMRAP — As Many Rounds As Possible.

⏱️ 12 minutes — 4 rounds completed!
A fantastic effort, especially with the aim of keeping the intensity high while maintaining good technique throughout.

Stage 1:

Kettlebell Swings
SkiErg
Plank

Stage 2:

Farmers Walk HYROX
Medicine Ball Slams
Dumbbell Goblet Squats
Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Stage 3:

Dumbbell Walking Lunges
Russian Twists with Kettlebell
Alternating Dumbbell Floor Press
Standing Alternate Rotating Bicep Curls
Stationary Rowing

Stage4:

Wall Balls HYROX
Crunches on Exercise Ball
Stationary Bike

🔥 Why AMRAP training?

• Builds cardiovascular fitness and endurance
• Challenges muscular endurance across the whole body
• Keeps the heart rate elevated for a high-intensity workout
• Encourages you to work efficiently while managing fatigue
• Easy to track progression — aim for more quality rounds over time
• Adds variety and a new challenge to your training

4 rounds in 12 minutes — great work Alex! 👏

90KG x 8 — TRICEPS ON 🔥

Close-grip bench press moving seriously well in today’s session. 💪

90kg for 8 reps with strong, controlled reps and by the end, the triceps were absolutely burning!

Progress doesn’t happen overnight. Keep showing up, keep pushing, and keep building.

Would you hit 90kg for 8? 👀
