Slow each rep down, increasing the time that each muscle is under tension - you'll get more bang for your buck πͺPictured here is the Sumo Dumbell Squat - a great compound exercise, perfect at targeting those glutes and Hamstrings more than the quads in a standard squat stance!
Too much? Drop the weight and go for bodyweight instead π
