Due to an unfortunate incident with my big toe I am now OOA for the the whole of August 😩

With the expected return of grassroots football, please remember...

Playing time is important, if you're team has multiple players..DONT just leave them to play 50/50 of the game each, they'll only play half of the season!!!

The results aren't important but their development is 🤙

Now this is how to speak with your players 👏

Today I should have been flying to in Gothenburg 🇸🇪 with the Prep Schools South East Region Representative Squad..So sad not to be going this year but am sure the 2021 tournament will be incredible and I definitely can’t wait for next season !!

Definitely a player I looked up to growing up, I've chosen to forget, not forgive the ✋ of god 🙏 and watching the Film4 documentary just highlights the brilliance of this Legend 🙌

IMO sponsors/funding is not enough (still very much needed and appreciated), however this now needs much more professional help from The Premier League, EFL and FA to allow grassroots to not just grow but flourish again 👏

Can't believe we still see this kind of post on grassroots football 🙄 'looking for experienced U7 player' experienced in what, nursery rhymes or breastfeeding 🙈

Just need to be FUN Understandable detail really simplified with key words for game relation using players for examples like KANE/SANCHO/STERLING etc
