Tomorrow at midday I will be at the Tesco Broadbridge Heath Tesco for trampoline collections if anyone else in that area would you like to collect whilst I’m there?

Don’t forget HQ have an online app for routines and I have a huge catalogue of tracks and routines in a fb group you can also have access to!

These trampolines are robust and sturdy, they’re in a used condition but have plenty of life left in them! They cost 125 new - I’ll asking for just 30! WHAAAAAT?!! I just have nowhere to store them all… get in quick before they go!

Please note any future repairs (springs/mats etc) required are all sold by HQ so these could last years and years yet!!

They also fold down for easier storage : )) # # #

2. Refunds
Gymcatch account will not be renewed, my final access date to records on there is Monday 15th July! Please send me details (see previous post) so I can refund you, any requests after this will NOT be able to be verified therefore they will not be able to be refunded I’m afraid.

I’m so sorry (especially for the short notice for Chichester tonight) but sadly the girls are unable to run the classes going forward so all classes will immediately stop and I’m afraid they will not reopen.

I completely understand that I owe credits to people and I will sort those out as refunds, can you please inbox me if you believe you have a credit owing (that’s in date) and send me the last 4 digits of your card used to book on stripe so that I can send refunds for you.

To every single frog who has ever bounced with me Thank you 🙏 I adore Boogie Bounce. For me once I stepped on that trampoline, well yeah, I've never stepped off 🤣 I have so much passion for health and fitness and mainly for boogie bounce. It really is the best workout ever. Teaching and helping you all love it too is even better 💕 I get excited to see you all week in week out and you really are my little froggie family. The giggles on a new move we can't quite co-ordinate, my poor counting skills and the angry faces looking back at me 🤣 This isn't forever I promise you that, please stay positive, keep moving and bouncing. Stay in touch and I will see you all really soon 🐸😊
