Next saturday myself and 107 others are doing something very special to raise money for Battle cancer!
We are going to perform 108 sun salutations in the morning on Summer Solstice. We are hoping to raise 108 pounds each to contribute to this great cause.
In the current times, charity has definitely suffered from the world stopping for a while, however as you know Cancer and other diseases do not stop for anyone.

Day 2 of graceโs mental health tips โ

When I fell last week and hurt my leg I was so put down by the fact I couldnโt run. I just wanted to move my body and get rid of the stress of the day. โ

Instead of running on Friday, I had an equally brain clearing session by just putting on my music and moving how I felt like. I actually managed to complete my set resistance workout plan (which I really didnโt want to do that day), but I just added in some more fluid moving as well, things like plank walkouts, downward dog into press ups, messing around crab walking and side lunging In time with the music. โ

I just Goofed around and had a bloody amazing time moving my body and training! โ
โ
So my tip to you is if you know exercise makes you feel good and youโre tired and need to get over the day put some music on, start moving your body with exercises you know but add some more movement and before you know it youโll be loving life! @ Emsworth
