Why do I call myself a Coach? 🤔

In sport, a coaches role is to improve an athletes physical, mental and emotional performance in preparation for a competition.

And that’s exactly what I offer to my clients except we are working towards a lifestyle change instead of a competition!

Physically my clients are stronger, have lost body fat and built muscle. Some of them even moving better in their day to day lives.

Mentally my clients have shifted their mindset from finding the gym a chore to building it into their routine and realising they need to fuel their bodies rather than restrict.

Emotionally my clients are stronger than ever as they have found peace with the process and what it really takes to ditch the diets forever.

I became a PT to change peoples lives not just to deliver sessions left right and centre. I like to coach my clients every step of the way and not just during sessions as at the end of the day it’s what we do outside of the gym which makes the biggest difference to our goals.

Remember our body adapts to stimulus overtime so to continue to see results it’s important to keep challenging our body so it doesn’t stay the same!

Whenever a client feels they aren’t making much progress I always ask them to be honest with me about these basic factors. And 9 times out of 10 these are the reasons why they aren’t seeing the results they want.

2023 IS THE YEAR TO SUCCEED 🙌🏼

Real talk though - these things are ingrained into some of us that the only way to lose body fat is to do cardio, workout inefficiently and not eat carbs 🫠

Well those are the things that you should definitely be avoiding! 😬

It’s important to create a routine and plan around your current lifestyle. Progress comes from consistent small changes, not drastic ones! And you will make far more progress from being consistent rather than perfect 💪🏼
