Did you know series on The Menopause. 1. Menopause is defined as 12 consecutive months since your last menstral period. Is just one day from then. 2. Perimenopause can start as early as your early 30s with symptoms increasing as you get older. 3. Supplements the main one we all should be taking is Vitamin D. Top tip from me today self care rather than exercise and it’s okay not exercise in these temps. Use this time to be ready to have energy for when we can exercise again. Stay safe stay cool hydrate and remember self care is important
