Jumping, skipping, stumping your feet...any kind of impact like this you can do, add it to your weekly routine or you can perhaps do it as exercise "snack" throughout a day...

It really doesn't have to be difficult...
With all the (sometimes questionable!) advice everywhere, we tend to overthink what to do, not to do... but the best you can do is just get out and try what feels good, or not. Push yourself a little bit, but keep the first runs easy... no matrer if you run, jog, walk or all together...all counts!
Here are a few tips:
✨️Strength training!!!!! Yes, strength training! Get stronger so you can run more...muscle suports your body, joins,...It will certainly help you with the impact of running.
✨️ To hydrated beforehand and after can be enough for short run (even like 5k depending on weather, sweating etc)- so you don’t always have to carry water bottle with you.
✨️ Fuel yourself before run is always a good idea too, have food within half an hour post run especially if you run on empty...
This is for the BAREFOOT wearers' newbies:
If you only just started barefoot shoes a few months ago...and you walk in them. Do not run in them just yet! Your feet are not ready to take the impact as the muscles are not strong enough yet, the foot need to adjust...your body is not ready for that impact either. Be patient with that even if you are a long time runner❗️

There is so many things wrong with this video - in my eyes- i hate my bad hair (unwashed - no time!) , so tired (rubbish sleep for a while), stressed, black undereye circles, I mean the whole face...tired, swollen,...etc...eeek... But at the end of the day...this is real life and we should post more of that than fake faces etc.....Plus, it's a reminder for me, as when I get to the other side I won't look back or even remember this (Due to the brain fog obviously 😂)
Lots of stuff is going on in life now, in personal life (very stressful), possible Lyme disease so antibiotics (not fun!)... My little business is wonderfully thriving and growing...which is a dream come through❤️ and I love it.....but sometimes i feel like I am forgetting to enjoy it!
Soo yeah, social media is kind of abandoned, then a video with no information like this comes out....it definitely sums it all...
Oh, and I need to watch some winter Olympics to make me jealous and excited and to relax and switch off.
Anyways, lots of fun things in the pipeline are brewing from my business for you and I will inform you veey soon (if I remember it all) 🤣😂
