The exercise therapy-based classes combine up-to-date sport science and biomechanics with mindfulness and the traditional Pilates method.
The classes are informative, logical, precise, and full of self-help tips, creating measurable results.
You will rapidly gain strength and restore functional movement, flexibility and balance.
You learn how to exercise with good form, alleviate pain and tightness and address some undefined pain caused by poor posture, injuries and some chronic conditions.
