One of the most common questions I get asked as a PT & Running Coach is “How long will it take?”
My answer is always the same, it’ll take as long as it takes.
If you want a shortcut, there are none.
You need three things:
1. A goal that makes you excited.
2. Consistency, keep showing up.
3. Patience. Like the shampoo ad in the 90’s, it won’t happen over night but it will happen.
