👩🏼🍼Postnatal Strength 👩🏼🍼
💕Are you 6+ weeks postnatal and looking to get back into exercise / feel stronger post birth?
💕The new 6 week block of Postnatal Strength classes starts next Wednesday 18th September at 10am
💕Bring your baby (or use the class for some me time if possible 😉)
💕Equipment is provided - exercises are low impact and utilise bodyweight, resistance bands and dumbbells.
💕All you need to bring along is an exercise mat, water bottle and something for your baby to sit/ lay on and play with.
💕 The room is a ground floor location so if your baby is sleeping you can wheel them straight in and park your buggy beside you while you exercise.

Pregnancy Strength: 🤰🏼
A low to moderate intensity pregnancy full body workout which focuses on strength, low impact cardio, posture, stretching and breathing using bodyweight, bands and light weights.
Classes will guide you safely through your pregnancy with modifications and regressions as required depending on where you are in your journey.
Unique benefits of staying active in pregnancy:
1. Reduces the likelihood of developing gestational diabetes.
2. Reduces risk of developing preeclampsia
3. Reduces the chance of excessive weight gain
4. Boosts your mood
5. Increases quality of sleep
6. Increases cardiorespiratory fitness
The new block of Pregnancy Strength starts Tuesday 17th September for 6 weeks.
Postnatal Strength: 👶🏼
A low to moderate intensity postnatal full body workout using bodyweight, bands and light weights with a focus on breathing, core restore and posture.
Classes will guide you safely through your postnatal journey with exercise modifications, regressions or progressions provided as required.
Suitable for ladies of all fitness levels who have had their postnatal check up with their GP or women's health physio and given the all clear for exercise.
The class is open to mums with babies pre-crawling age. If you'd like to come along without your baby that's also fine.
