💫 my body, so that I can walk 🚶 🐶 my dogs, enjoy exercise and get around with ease
💫 ☕️ my nespresso machine so that I can enjoy a lovely coffee in the morning

1st 5k run in a long while due to recurring injuries and lost my mojo for a while due to some heavy life situations that took me downwards for a while but I’m back and ready to do the good work to get myself back to fighting fit!! Starting with a run to the park to sit and do some meditation 🧘 Also got my 5k in 28.37mins 🫶🏼 happy with that……10k in 5 weeks today!!

Loved stepping in to cover the wonderful for her 2 core classes on Good Friday…..lovely clients, strong foundations, we worked hard and will reap the benefits of a strong body and mind……look after your body and it will look after you!! 🫵🏼🧘♀️🥰
Exercise can be fun!! At this evening class we work hard but we have fun while we do it!! ⬅️ Swipe across for the beautiful sound of laughter 😆 Work hard, laugh harder! Accountability, workout with friends or make new ones, no judgment, all levels welcome, work at your own pace!! Progress not perfection! I believe in finding joy in everything we do and so do these guys xx
