The best is yet to come 💪💓
140kg pulls feeling so much nicer 🙏
I've only had these back in for the last 4/5 weeks and at the start couldn't pull 120kg comfortablely .
Prior to that going back 4 months ago I was hitting 140kg with a belt on and f**k loads of chalk .
Then I stopped deadlifting for a while , as I alwaysssss do lol
Yesterday and the week before I've been trying to tighten this move up as it's a weakness for me ..on both occasions I lifted this weight for 3 sets of 5 reps beltless and only a dusting of chalk 💁
For 5 weeks I've kept the same reps and sets but increased weight each week and conditioned myself to become more tight , more comfortable and understand what position works best for me .
2020 is the year of the BACK 👽
Feeling really strong considering how much conditioning im doing , strengths peaking ☝️⬆️
