Running Works is 10 years old !
I thought I was just heading out for a curry! What a huge and lovely surprise!
I met you all with individual goals, a pace, a time, a distance, a bit more fitness but we have all found so much more. We have grown better in mind and body, but most importantly grown together. To you all, thankyou for the kind words, for welcoming me, I can’t ask for more . If you want to go far, go together 🎈. Here’s to many more miles!

Happy New year everyone! I hope you enjoy setting some running goals for 2026! We are stronger together! Look forward to seeing you soon and if you keen to get into running pop me a message!

It’s going to be a hot week. Take it easy, it’s not a week to break records. Try to run in the shade, take walk breaks if needed and do loops to get a drink☀️☀️☀️
