Merry Christmas to everyone who has walked through the door to my classes either at the Pilates lab or at my own Bracken Pilates mat classes this year. I'm grateful every day for the wonderful people I get to teach every week.

I am so so happy to be writing this post. Bracken Pilates will open it's physical doors again on Monday 2nd August. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

To start with, I will be offering two group classes.

MONDAY @ 9:30am (starting 2nd August)

and

WEDNESDAY @ 7:30pm (starting 4th August)

ZOOM CLASSES EXTENDED!!! Hello everyone. I have extended my live Zoom classes for another 6 weeks starting this evening at 7:30pm. It is 6 classes for £50 or £10 PAYG. Hello everyone! Between adjusting to motherhood and Covid, I have been quite inactive on here over the last year but that doesn't mean that 'Bracken Pilates' hasn't been carrying on. I want to take this opportunity to thank every single one of you have been doing my pre-recorded classes for FORTY weeks now, my live Zoom classes and my 1-2-1s. It has helped me keep some structure and sanity during this crazy year.

I shall be carrying on with my pre-records and live Zoom group and 1-2-1 classes for at least the next 6 weeks and will then will review the situation with restrictions.

In the meantime, Happy New Year to you all and here's to a better 2021. I can't be hard, right!? 🤣😂

Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well during yet another uncertain phase of this storm we're trying to get through. This is a time to try and stay positive and to come together and support one another. If anyone would like to keep up their Pilates practise during lockdown, I will be running a live Zoom class every Wednesday at 7:30-8:30pm. Staying active and taking time for yourself is so important at all times but especially at the moment. DM me for details if you're interested. We'll all get through this and when we do, we'll have cores of steel 🤣 💪

Between adjusting to motherhood and a pandemic thrown in for good measure, I've been pretty quiet on here but tonight Bracken Pilates opens it's doors again! I cannot wait to be back in a studio with actual people (all socially distanced of course). Once all Covid formalities are taken care of (temp check, anti bac etc) and everyone is safely on their mats, it will be business as usual and I'm so excited 😊 If anyone is interested in joining, please get in touch.
