Here is a lovely message received today from a lovely member who has been with us for a very long time. I’ve never once heard her moan or have any negative energy , head down and cracks on!!!With all the stress and strain of fighting the big C. A complete inspiration, Thankyou Marina for everything you continue to bring to Twist. The discipline and desire you have is non measurable.
Gerry is on fire….so proud of this amazing lady. Gerry says no to nothing when it comes to trying to improve herself . We also do hydrotherapy once a month which is a blast . So easy to post about people who have no injuries or restrictions but I love to profile those who overcome and don’t give up . 🌊
