The BEEs are a boccia club attended by players from all over the South East. Meeting twice each month and in school holidays. New members welcome.
Equipment provided and training by qualified coaching team Boccia (pronounced bot-cha) is a paralympic sport for people with cerebral palsy or similar neurological conditions. In a highly competitive and strategic game similar to boules or bowls players propel their balls onto court to get closest to a jack ball. The balls may be thrown, rolled, kicked or released down a ramp.

Today BEEs players took part in a summer training day organised in conjunction with Mencap and YMCA. Lots of brilliant play today, we even had time to play some table football over lunch! It was great to have new players trying out boccia for the first time and to welcome back Chris, one of our founding members!

Today the Epsom and Ewell junior boccia team competed at the Surrey Youth Games...the Epsom and Ewell team did extremely well, winning a medal and coming fourth. William also won the shot of the day trophy! Thank you to everyone who has supported them at the bees.
Also a huge well done to our very own Jordan Coxall who was playing for Woking today and won gold! A very successful day all round!

Club day 3 Feb. thank you all.
The BEEs continue to grow, absoloutely delighted that this coming Sunday we have 21 players attending so far and 6 coaches. Fantastic news!
