We had a great workout first workout of the year on Wednesday - unfortunately forgot to take a photo.
New attendee Laura, along with Cat and Helen and I did about 40 mins.
Here's what the Wed post Christmas break workout looked like - we did:
--Light jogging
--Pad work exercises
--Boxing rounds
--Cardio circuits
--Weights

Here's a 'simple' 10 min running workout to help feel fitter after the indulgences if the festivities.
It's what I've been doing.
Find about a 40m space (I've used the space between two football fields) and do the following:
Jog very slowly 1x 40m
Go slightly faster 1x 40m
Go slightly faster again 1 x 40m
Sprint (or go at your top speed) for 40m
Then rest for 1 min.
Repeated this 5 times and you have a 10 minute workout.
And if you want to get fitter this year join me at my lunchtime or Sat morning BoxFit workouts. I promise it's mostly not running.
