If you’ve been meaning to get back to exercise, fancy trying something new, or simply want to move more and have some fun — I’m still here! 🙋‍♀️

💃 Monday Zumba – now 9.30am at Kingswood Village Hall
💃 Tuesday Zumba Gold – 11.30am at Kingswood Village Hall
💃 Wednesday Zumba – 7pm in Tadworth

I’m working on some new fitness classes too — think aerobics, toning, legs, bums & tums and great music. Something a little different alongside my Zumba classes.

Whether you’ve been coming for ages, haven’t been for a while, or have never tried one of my classes before, you’ll always be welcome. ❤️

Sometimes the hardest bit is just turning up for that first class!

What a lovely surprise to come home to! ❤️

After a few days away with Mr Zumba, I found this super postcard waiting for me!

It brought a huge smile to my face and reminded me of what a special afternoon we shared at our charity Zumba event for the Children’s Trust.

A big thank you to everyone who came along, danced, donated and supported the event. Together, we made a difference. ❤️

After a wonderful few days in Sicily celebrating a friend’s wedding and enjoying some downtime with Mr Zumba ❤️, it’s nearly time to head home.

While everyone else is browsing duty-free, I’m busy listening to new music and planning fresh tracks for class. 🎶💃
