Massive congratulations to Tina and Charlotte for doing the Marsden March yesterday supporting cancer patients.

Tina is on monthly chemo at the moment and has Amyloidosis, so not just was this for her Mum, Dad and brother who sadly passed, however this was for herself as well.

Last year Tina accomplished 5 miles
This year Tina Accomplished 10 miles

Just fantastic!!!

With fantastic support and effort from her daughter

Next year the full 15 miles Tina 😉🙌💪🏻

Neil had a hip replacement, picture top left is 1 month post op, he took a rehab programme with me and after x11 weeks,
Now he’s staying in a remote cottage along the Pennine Way, hiking across the moors and taking on terrain like this 💪🌿

This is what personalised exercise rehab with me can achieve.

Massive Well Done to Val who accomplished her goal to go to Iceland and do two glacier walks, an ice cave, the black sand beach, walk between the tectonic plates.
Val had planned this with her husband who sadly passed away, so she decided to go on her own and accomplish this in his memory.
No matter the circumstances Val trained hard with me building up her aerobic capacity, working on heart rate and breath work and in six weeks training, Val went to Iceland and loved it!
