I received this message from the other day and it’s one of those messages that reminds me why I love being a Personal Trainer so much!

For the last two years, Bal has shown up consistently, worked hard and trusted the process.

She’s stronger, fitter, healthier and I can see that she has gradually gained a completely new level of confidence💪🏼🔥

Seeing her all dressed up for a wedding, looking amazing and feeling proud of herself, is exactly what this journey is about. Not just changing how you look, but changing how you feel!

The impact of training goes far beyond the workouts. It’s about building strength, confidence and belief in yourself that carries over into every part of life🙌🏼

Your bank holiday reminder from a PT ✨

You can enjoy meals out, a couple cocktails, lie-ins & still look after yourself this weekend🙌🏼

I think a lot of women feel like they have to either be “on track” or completely off the rails… but real balance is somewhere in the middle.

My advice?

✨ Move your body because it makes you feel good
✨ Eat balanced meals & prioritise protein where you can
✨ Drink your water
✨ Get outside & enjoy this incredible weather
✨ Enjoy the plans & socialising without overdoing it
✨ Then get back to your routine after the weekend

I still go out, enjoy myself & have fun… but I also know how important it is to look after my body, energy & routine at the same time 💪🏼

That’s the balance that actually lasts💜

The Ultimate Protein Pancakes🥞🍫

Using my go-to milk choc chip loaded pancakes from so easy and great macros💪🏼

Recipe (1 serving):
– 2 scoops pancake mix
– Add water or milk & mix
– Cook on a pan until golden on both sides

Toppings:
– Fage yoghurt
– Berries (I used frozen ones that I microwaved to make a compote)
– Drizzle of honey

Perfect for a quick high-protein breakfast or sweet treat👌🏼

Sunday Reset Club: Padel & Prosecco Edition 🎾🥂✨
After the success of the first Sunday Reset Club event… we’re back for round 2💪🏼

This time we’re heading to for the ultimate feel good Sunday.

We’ll start with a feel good pre-padel workout: warm up & mobility, followed by glutes & core burn 🔥 (suitable for all levels)

Then it’s onto the courts for an intro to Padel with a coach (perfect if you’ve never played before) followed by fun mini games to get you into it!

We’ll be finishing off with a complimentary glass of prosecco & social🥂

✨ A mini goodie bag will also be waiting for you on arrival✨

Join solo or with a friend… it’s all about meeting like-minded women, trying something new & resetting for the week ahead🫶🏼
